Terms & Conditions
These terms establish a clear baseline for using ByteSource websites, demonstrations and services.
Acceptance and authority
By accessing ByteSource services or materials, you accept these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for your organisation. If you do not agree, you must stop using them.
Services and changes
Service scope, deliverables, fees and support commitments are defined in the applicable order or agreement. ByteSource may improve, replace or discontinue non-contracted features and may use subcontractors to deliver services.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain authorised access, obtain required consents and use services lawfully. Customers are responsible for content, campaigns, data, configurations and instructions submitted to the services.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable as stated in the applicable order. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due without set-off or deduction. Late payment may result in interest, recovery costs or suspension of services.
Data, security and AI outputs
Each party will meet its applicable data-protection obligations. AI-generated outputs may require human review and must not be treated as guaranteed accurate, unique or suitable without validation. Customers control deployment decisions and remain accountable for use.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties are excluded. ByteSource’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Suspension and termination
ByteSource may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or harm to ByteSource, its suppliers or other users. Accrued rights, payment obligations, confidentiality, IP and liability provisions survive termination.
Law and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum are specified in the signed agreement. If none exists, ByteSource may designate the appropriate jurisdiction associated with the contracting ByteSource entity.
